French Banks call for the following documentation in support of mortgage applications.

  • Copy of Passport
  • Marriage Certificate (if relevant)
  • Evidence of UK address (utilities bill)

Proof of Income

  • Employees
    • Last 3 months payslips
    • Last 2 years tax forms (P60)
    • Work Certificate (Date employed, Current Salary, Position)
  • Self Employed
    • Last 3 years accounts
    • Last 2 years tax returns (SA302)
    • Estimate of income for present year from Accountant
  • Asset(s) Based Applications
    • Description of Asset(s) and value
    • Proof of Ownership
    • History of Earnings yield

Financial

  • Bank Reference Letter
  • Latest statements for all loans
  • Evidence of personal contribution to repayments
  • Last 3 months bank statements for all accounts

All data is internal to Footholds in France pending a clients permission to release the documentation to target lenders. Any non standard applications will be handled discretely and imaginatively.
