Fees

Footholds fees are variable and dependent on the eventual lender's arrangement charges. There are three scenarios:-

• No fee. Footholds receives a commission from the lender. Bank arrangement fees are paid by the Client.
• 0.25% of total borrowings. Footholds receives no commission from the lender and charges a fee to the borrower in addition to bank arrangement fees.
• 0.5% of total borrowings. Footholds receives no commission from the lender and the bank waives arrangement fees.

There are no charges if available funds are not drawn down but, where applicable, Footholds fees are payable in advance of the release of monies to the client.

 

Footholds fees are negotiable in respect of larger mortgages.
